Chick-fil-A + Disney

Hey friends.

This will probably be my favorite photoshoot of all time, simply because it features all my favorite things in one shoot.

Friends. Chick-fil-A. Disney.

It all started with my roommate Kelly and I's extreme obsession with Chick-fil-A.

My Chick-fil-A story started as a child, when my mom would take us to the local Chick in Cedar Park, TX. I would get the six-count kids meal with a Dr. Pepper and then post-meal, I would have the time of my life on the playscape. 

Fast forward to the summer after my freshman year of high school, I got my first job at the beloved Chick-fil-A in Prien Lake Mall: Lake Charles, Louisiana. Throughout high school, my friends and I would go to Chick-fil-A every Friday afternoon before the football game. 

In the summer of 2016, Chick-fil-A introduced my new best friend: the Chick-fil-A app. At the time, my residence was Orlando, Florida; and my local Chick-fil-A had this glorious new option for curbside pick-up, where all I had to do was order through my phone, and someone would bring out my food when I arrived. No more waiting in lines. No more talking to more people than necessary. Simply the accessibility kickstarted my weekly cravings. 

The time is now, summer 2017; and my residence is once again Orlando, Florida. The Lake Buena Vista Chick-fil-A has a special place in my heart, because now I see them at least 3 times a week. 

My roommate Kelly is also equally obsessed with Chick, for which I am extremely grateful. She is from New Jersey, where Chick is not so easily found; so she has to get enough to last her a life time while she's here in FL. One day she shared with me her dream to eat Chick on the hub grass in Magic Kingdom right in front of the castle, to which I agreed with enthusiasm. 

Once Kelly asked me if I had to choose, would I rather never have Chick-fil-A again or never go to Disney again, and it's truly the hardest question I've ever faced. I still haven't answered her.

This post is dedicated to Kelly for her brilliance. To Chick, for always being a part of my life. And to Disney, for the memz and for the aesthetic.
